The Friends of the Round Valley Public Library is a nonprofit volunteer organization whose purpose is to maintain and improve the facility and services of our public library and to provide an expanded facility to give opportunities for the development and enhancement of our community and the lives of our residents.

The Friends of the Round Valley Public Library purchased and renovated a historic building in downtown Covelo, CA to be the home of the Library Commons and the Mendocino County Library.
The Friends of the Round Valley Public Library is a 501(c)3 organization managed by volunteers passionate about libraries and community spaces. The are lots of ways to get involved and help!
The Friends of the Round Valley Public Library maintains the Library Commons, a shared community space. The Commons includes the Community Room, the Community Kitchen, the Walnut Grove Cafe, Lobby, Outdoor Patio, and Walnut Grove where the Farmers Market takes place.
The Friends are a sponsor of many local community projects, including KYBU 96.9FM, the Blackberry Festival, Farmers Market, Seed Library, Documentary Film Series and more!
The Friends of the Round Valley Public Library relies on support from the community to pursue our mission, including volunteer and monetary donations.
